​As an accomplished manager, designer, and product developer I can bring new thinking and ideas to your company. I want to work at applying my skills to each new project and finding the best solution to solve unique problems or create exciting new product. Learning and adapting to changes in the market and developing new skills is essential to growing quickly and building momentum as a designer, or an organization. I want to be a part of the solution for every client I take on or company I work for. Each client has unique needs and I can find the best approach to meet our goals. T-Minus-One, LLC can take on most any project - Concept creation, product development, trend research and direction, renderings, CAD modeling, production facility sourcing, material sourcing, color story creation and development - Finding the right solution for our client is what we do.

Senior Designer
As Senior Designer at Shinola I led the design of new product for both Shinola and FIlson brands by working closely with the Creative Director and executive management to assure brand cohesion. I managed and trained designers, guided new product development team members, and worked with outside agencies to get our product to market quickly and efficiently.

Senior Designer
Bedrock Manufacturing is the parent company of Filson and Shinola. Hired on to work primarily on Shinola, I also had opportunities to work with companies who approached Bedrock for it's expertise in product design. I got to work with and learn from a talented team of branding experts on a variety of brand identity, product development and design projects.

Senior Industrial Designer and Package Engineer
At Mary Kay I stepped into a role requiring both engineering and design skills. Solving problems using both analytical and artistic skill sets in this role is quite satisfying and affords me opportunities to work with a wide range of peers with wildly different skills. Whether it's gaining exposure to cosmetic and skincare mass production lines or working with formulation scientists to determine packaging materials, there is always something to find a creative solution for.

Senior Designer
As the Senior Designer at Shinola I worked on the creation and launch of watches for Filson - a Seattle based outdoors supplier. This product segment was new for the brand and afforded my team the opportunity to research and identify brand elements that could be incorporated in the product to ground the new development deep in the existing brand image.

Product Designer
Fossil afforded me the opportunities to learn within a large company while also having to move quickly to meet the deadlines present in a seasonal fashion cycle. I became well versed in real-world manufacturing, costs and learned where changes can be made to bring the best product to market. It also gave me the fantastic opportunity to meet and work with a design legend - Philippe Starck!
